Based on my performance as president of my sorority and involvement in the Greek community beyond my term, I began working for FSL as a Graduate Advisor. The role was designed to be a risk management role that bridged the gap between students and the administration. My role grew to encompass much more than that, and I was able to tackle a range of projects, building skills such as navigating sensitive information and complicated relationships, professionalism, leadership, and organization. My projects covered tasks as disparate as approving parties, coordinating insurance, advising struggling Greek leaders, and communicating house damage bills.
